Status code for an automatically shifted manual gearbox: the control unit has not yet finished learning its adaptation values, above all the clutch touch point and the end positions of the shift actuators. Such learning runs after a new control unit, clutch or actuator, after a software update and sometimes after the battery was disconnected; Hyundai and Kia patents show how the touch point is found and corrected from shaft speed changes. No manufacturer documents this exact code publicly. The code is a reminder rather than a hardware fault; launch and shifts may be jerky until learning is done. P0950 to P0954 cover the manual control circuit, P0806 to P0808 the clutch position sensor. MIL use depends on the maker.
